Straight away a cheerful hello and how can I help you from the young guy behind the counter. Ask for some salmon (sushi grade) and he says no problem I have just finished cutting some… How fresh can you get … In that day and cut.
He allows me to choose the size I want and cuts it off, he ever removed the skin for me! £7.50 for the best cut of salmon, and a very large piece it is easily enough for two people of you wanted to grill it
They had a great selection on offer here and even though you have the fishmonger smell it was actually pleasant … A fresh fish smell not like some other little places that don’t clean down properly
Great find for me and I will be using each time I require seafood
