Best Restaurant in Glastonbury! Local & organic food.

Great little café in the heart of Glastonbury catering to a range of food intolerances and dietary preferences. They stop serving the breakfast menu earlier than they should (especially on weekends) which is my only gripe. The menu is large with plenty of options to suit all tastes buds and there are always some cakes and other options clearly listed with dietary preferences on the labels. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the vibe is relaxed and alternative. It’s a great place for a meal. Plus non dairy milk options!

The small café is nice at first sight. It has lots of space inside and there is a small garden outside. The staff contains young ladies and the atmosphere (despite some greenis) is casual and inviting. Nevertheless, when I visited the café a couple of weeks ago, the waitress was very shy, spoke rarely with me in a soft voice. I ordered my tea and although I wanted something else, she then just ran away (!?!). The tea was nice (nothing special), but the cups as well as the tea pott have never seen the dish washer. That was a bit disgusting, when there is a rest of rancid butter or sticky cream clinging on your cup and the tea pott’s inside was as black as the tea itself.
All in all, the café has a nice interior but if you appreciate a nice and clean environment you should probably go somewhere else.

Really good. Trust me, It’s worth the wait for the food. They have a really good selection for vegetarians and vegans. Highly recommended.

A very nice restaurant with lots of tables. A very nice atmosphere. The food is lovely and there is quite a good choice — a blackboard of specials. I think that’s why people like it… there’s always something interesting to try. They cater well for veggies but there is fish and meat on offer, so everyone feels they have a nice choice.
There is a nice little courtyard garden, if you want to sit in the sun. It’s quite pleasant.
