Looks like a jumble sale but great for picking up undies and other basic clothes etc

Outside it’s just another 1970’s concrete mess but inside the store is quite modern inside and easily laid out although some parts of the shop resemble a jumble sale, but if you have time to wade through it, you will almost certainly get a bargain especially around the sale times.
Staff can be very rude, but I think that’s more to do with other people treating them like scum and if spoken to politely will take time out to help you and they do deal with any queues that build up quickly.
You’re in the centre of Gloucester and on the corner of the road on where most of the busses pick up/​drop off so it’s very easy to get to.

If you want affordable but fashionable clothing, this is the place to go.
It seems very modern and well laid out, and unlike many of the shops in Gloucester centre, it’s well maintained. They sell clothes for all the family and it’s always possible to pick up a bargain or three.
There are a few question marks over the quality of Primark clothing, but if you don’t mind buying something that won’t necessarily last forever — eg holiday clothing — then this is the place for you.

Spacious Primark Store. Very busy but cheap. Ideal for babies and toddlers clothing. Also great for cheap holidays clothes Can be limited in larger sizes and no petit range
Large changing rooms but very hectic at times
Staff mainly young and not very friendly but are rushed of their feet most of the time so prehaps understandable.

I love Primark! The fashion is so reasonably priced and there are loads of styles on offer.
Their footwear is remarkably cheap, which is perfect for fashions that only last a couple of months!
If you don’t go in first thing, you will find parts of the shop that resemble a jumble sale, but if you have time to root through it, you will almost certainly get a bargain!
Often long queues, although they soon move.
Don’t ask the staff any questions though — they all have attitudes bigger than the store!
