This legal firm dealt with my house purchase in 2007 and they were very professional and very thorough.
As I was a first time buyer, they talked me through the whole process and explained to me what would be needed from start to finish.
They weren’t the cheapest firm, but their prices were competetive.
The firm is in the City Centre and easily found. The access is not suitable for wheelchair users though, and pushchair users would also have some difficulty in this office.
The ladies on reception are very pleasant, and the solicitors are also nice and friendly, and talk in a language that can be understood, instead of legal jargon.
As the firm is in the City Centre, the legal team often hand delivers documents to other solicitors, which reduces the time to complete transactions and cuts down on the likelihood that things will go missing in the post.
I only have experience of the conveyancing side of this legal firm, but I would happily recommend them.
