I use this library on a regular basis, besides offering a great range of books for loan with a request service for those not in stock, it also offers CD’s, DVD’s and computer games (DS & Wii) for loan.
The library also offers free internet access, although it is recommended that you book use of a PC over the phone first. A Job Point terminal for job vacancies as well as a colour photocopier & fax are also provided.
There is a children’s corner and regular events held for both children & adults. The staff are very helpful and there are automatic doors allowing easy access for wheelchairs & buggies.
There are also rooms for hire & a counter service where I pay my council tax saving me having to queue at the post office or council offices.
