I would have given this place five stars but the drop down to four is only for the queue to get a seat. We waited 40 minutes but I was relieved when we finally got a table and was served straight away. I haven’t eaten inside Pizza Hut for a couple years but the menu has improved and you have unlimited salad and drinks and it’s all self service which is an improvement as we didn’t have to wave down staff.
The food was fresh and service was great I’d be coming back here again

I love pizza hut especially the buffet. The pizza hut in bluewater cab get exceptionally busy but if you are prepared to wait then all well and good. I have been there many a time and it has only been on a few occassions when the salad bar has been practically empty but the staff are always willing to refill it as soon as possible. Great places for the children too because if you are only having the buffet then you don’t have to wait long for your food.

There can often be big queues here and dependant on when you come if you want the buffet the selection of pizza can be a little disappointing. I would avoid sitting by the outside of the restaurant if you can as it gets quite cold with the main doors opening and closing. The staff are friendly and serve you as quick as they can.

I’ve eaten here loads of times, had really good service and always found the staff really friendly. As a chain restaurant you always know what you’re getting with Pizza Express, simple nice food in clean premises.
