The Fabric Room is based at the top of North Street in Guildford town centre. It is a treasure trove of fabric and threads. It is ideal for someone who enjoys sewing as a hobby but also caters for those looking for fabric for interior design purposes. There is a large range of fabrics for sale and these vary enormously and the shop appears really colourful with all the haberdashery wares on display. There are beautiful swathes of material for dressmaking and really helpful assisstants on hand to give advice and guidance for dressmakers. There is also a good range of fabric for curtains and upholstery projects too. Patchworking is catered for here with specialist advice too.
