Gisborough Priory is a stunning scheduled monument visible from much of Guisborough. It lies on the original lands of Lord Gisborough, however is open to the public. The Priory Project are currently in the process of restoring the gardens including the monks walk, and in future are hoping to make the area more visitor friendly with a café and giftshop. The priory is in the town centre, so is easily reached by bus and there are plenty of nearby cafes.
