While the bank itself may not be doing sa well as one might expect, the branch in Halifax is always very pleasant. There are friendly and helpful staff and the splitting of customers into those needing advice, those just needing counter service and those willing to use the automatic machines helps keep the queues to a minimum. There has never been any fuss when I’ve been in to manage my account, so an excellent example of a bank branch.

Work for the company but not in one of the Branches so often an eye opener to see how I’m treated as a customer. The main Branch on Commercial Street is always busy due to being in a town centre location however queuing times are kept to a minimum and staff are always helpful. Advisers are available for immediate appointments and this Branch offers advice on a wide range of banking, savings and mortgage products, unline some of the smaller branches/​agencies.
