Do no rent from them. The landlord was in beach of contract but as we are a short time letter they told us to suck it up (in the nicest possible way) as we don’t pray them the landlord does and it really isn’t worth or time to take the landlord and intercounty to court.
Stay away from them, definitely an unscrupulous firm.
