Same as usual, excellent phone service, rapid delivery, friendly and personable staff, and a wonderful selection of products.
They are not really inexpensive by any stretch of the imagination, but they are the perfect gift source for anyone you know in the UK.
I have never heard a negative word about their products, except that they do not ship the giant easter eggs internationally.

I used to go to Betty’s for wonderful tea and coffee. Their bakery items are superb. On a 4-​day holiday to London, a colleague and I took some orange scones for a breakfast train ride. The scones were pure perfection. I’ve tried to duplicate Betty’s bakery items, and though I got close, it was never close enough.
Betty’s also has wonderful meals.
It’s a definite must-​see place if you end up in Harrogate.
