I used to have to buy fountain pens and such for school here. They also sell art supplies and some other things, so I frequented this shop a lot.
The customer service here always has been and still is APPALLING. The old ladies working behind the counter are absolutely evil and unhelpful (if they choose to help you or even acknowledge you at all).
I hated spending money here as the service was so shit, but they have the best selection of stationary supplies in Harrogate.
