Starbucks

I am a regular customer since 2008. But lately, the customer service has become unbearably bad. Today I had to stand waiting for 5 minutes at the counter before a customer behind me shouted at the Baristas to serve me. The Baristas, 5 of them, pretended that they don't see me. They were not even doing anything or being busy at all. It's that they are just so embarrassingly rude. Starbucks needs to fix this or simply close the bloody place. What is the point of getting the place run by a bunch of zombies who seem to loathe humans?

You wouldn’t guess it from the outside but this Starbucks is massive — it is the largest one I’ve ever seen. So there is plenty of room to lounge around in while you drink something with double foam and your name spelt wrong on the cup.
Other than the size, it’s a Starbucks, albeit a clean and tidy one. Unless it’s cheap frappicino day, you won’t need to queue long and the staff are friendly enough. There’s several coffee shops near here and this is a fine competitor — just one with a cavern of seating. Seriously, it’s like a TARDIS.

This is just like any other starbucks. Service is ok, not that efficient considering it was quiet. The staff are ok. As the service wasn’t great, I can’t give it more than 2 stars.

Very friendly staff, lots of comfortable seating and the usual Starbucks selection of food and drink. Good place to go to for a quick coffee or an afternoon of reading /​writing /​browsing the web.

This is a Starbucks much like any other,. However, given that I owe my dissertation to its spacious seating area, abundance of tasty beverages, and friendly wait staff who put up with me being around for 8 hours a day, I feel compelled to give it a high score. I’ve never had a bad drink here (for Starbucks, I mean it’s not AWESOME, but it’s good enough) and its always clean. I’ve always been able to find a place to sit, though there’s only one plug for your laptop in the place.(That’s why I waited until the dissertation was about done to rate it so that other people don’t try to steal vye for the outlet) It’s in a shopping centre and next door to an even bigger shopping centre, so plenty of places to go get something to eat or to wander on a break. Right off of Harrow-​On-​The-​Hill station makes it an easy place to find. Easey peasey.

great coffee shop, we always stop here when we take a break from shopping, it has a great atmosphere and staff are very funny and friendly. the coffee great and so is the snacks, their cakes are very fresh and very tasty. Recommended. Its perfectly situated in the middle of the shopping centre.
