While the actual store itself is pretty normal for a Body Shop store — i.e. Open, we’ll sign posted and easy to get around — the major difference between this and any other one is the quality of the staff.
For example, I always get shaving cream from here — so I popped in and went straight to it and then to the counter. The staff member was familiar enough with the products that she knew that there was a three for two offer on the range, and politely told me so.
So I felt like I was getting both good service and a deal, and the store got me to spend a little more than I would have otherwise. So everyone’s a winner!

great shop to buy products that have not been tested on animals. They have lots of great products from fragrances to soaps, candles, amongst other things.
Their creams are great and smell and feel good.
The products are quite expensive but well worth it for the quality you are getting, although some products are cheaper comapred to ther commercial stores.
