Slightly disappointed yet again, whilst I cannot fault the excellent customer service this place really needs to sort out there buffet servery! If your offering an all you can eat menu then you have to keep a plentiful amount of fresh hot food on offer, yet again we had to stand in line for 15 minutes looking at empty trays getting very frustrated as half our party were eating and the rest left standing. When I complained to the chef he replied that he hates Friday nights fish menu as it’s always the same! Management take note your going to lose customers!

went here on 11 1 13 would not be going back again booked a table for eight o’clock arrived at 7.45 told them we where there to be told he would call us when it was ready 8.15 had to remind them, placed our order at the bar after a long wait the starters arrived only to be given the wrong one after my wife finished her mine arrived when the main course came the girl went to get our extras and sauces she was gone for a long time my mixed grill was dry the steak was meant to be med rare it was dry as old boots, bacon salty, chip dry, egg dry. I did get the money back for my meal, but still would not go back again the night was ruined

Food was ok, service was poor, very understaffed and the staff that were there were ignorant, queued for 30mins just to place my order then had to go to another bar to get drinks where there was only 1 girl serving!
