It would have been a 4 star, except for the dreadful restaurant where the dinner is not only overpriced(typical airport hotel) but makes a supermarket ready meal taste exciting(I would choose the supermarket meal). The hotel rooms are quite pleasant, fairly large, modern and in a good technical state compared to many Heathrow hotels. I have tried both the superior and standard rooms(superior was very nice). The breakfast was pretty decent surprisingly compared to the evening meal.

Very busy hotel, staff very quick but friendly. Room was good size and clean. Do not recommend for family, too many convention people, gym full as is pool area. The restaurants are way full the lobby looks like a train station at rush hour. Good location to find transportation and local food and pubs.

Very convenient hotel near Heathrow. Our room was very nice. We ate dinner at their restaurant. Our waiter was extremely nice and helpful with providing menu options for our kids(Chelton I think). If a hotel is needed near airport, I would recommend it.

Baffling layout, but decent airport hotel. Bedrooms functional and clean. Good wifi. Breakfast a little less good than expected. Conference rooms are excellent, and supplied with endless coffee and varied pastries and snacks. Once you find your room you should sleep well. Although very close to Heathrow Airport, the hotel is remarkably noise-free. Good for an airport or conference stay-over.

A nice hotel on the inside(very dated exterior, especially the back). It’s surprisingly quiet inside, which is a real plus. The major let-down is the restaurant(avoid it). On busy days, breakfast is a joke — you’ll wander around looking for a table and it will take forever to get a cup of tea. The other meals are your usual pretentious(and poorly done) pub fare, but at *several* times the price!
