Ahh, Poundland, what can I say? It’s a wonderfully eclectic place. As suggested by the name, everything is £1(or however many for £1), except for sale items which are usually down to 50p or 75p. The shop itself is usually very busy, and they rarely have enough staff on the tills, so you can end up queueing for a while. The aisles are quite narrow, so it can be tricky to maneuvre if you have a buggy or are a wheelchair user. Despite this I have given it a high rating because you can get some brilliant bargains, and it’s a good place to start teaching the kids about shopping and paying for things because everything is the same price.

i love poundland lol such a completely random range of products, in one trip i picked up a padlock for my shed, a first aid kit and some teabags! where else can you get that in sucha a small store? the queues tend to be horrendous though and the place always looks cramped and untidy.
