Staff were patronising and seem only to care about the needs of the seller. I have rented and bought from Beercock, Wiles and Wick over the years and found that they have gone more downhill as the years have gone on.
One reason is the staff need training and as the staff turnover is low, I have found the service at the same poor level for a number of years.
