Willow Room

THis shop is tucked away in a little back alley just off the main square in HItchin. I am sure that a lot of people do not realise it is there, which is a real shame, as it is a veritable treasure trove of items for the home. Everytime I come in here it makes me want to paint all my house an off white colour, as this is the colour of the walls in here and it shows off all the stunning ornaments and pictures so well. I have previously bought little wooden and metal heart decoration to hang on the wall. THe also do a range of the very fashionable retro metal tins, with the writing on the front. I have one for my pegs and one for washing powder. The items are reasonably priced. At the moment they have an absolutely stunning range of Christmas decorations. It took all my willpower to stop buying yet more decorations when I visited the other day. I am sure I will succumb before Christmas though!

This shop is absolutely LOVELY. They have fabulous stuff for the home. I could spend hours in this shop! Shops like this are what make hitchin special.
