Caffe Nero Group

Caffe Nero group is located just inside the main terminal 2 building. Its a great little option for family and friends to share a final snack or coffee with someone before they say their goodbyes or fuel to get you ready for airport security.
The café offers a wide range of premade sandwiches, salads, rolls, fresh fruit or bagels. They offer a discount if they are take away which is pretty cool. The café has a lot of coffee options too ranging from basic teas to hot chocolates or chai lattes. The staff are very friendly and helpful despite it being busy and in the airport. The café has loads of seating so perfect place to kill an hour or two while you charge up your phone or get some work done. They have a good selection of pastries and biscuits to satisfy your appetite.

I am actually at the Caffe Nero in Terminal 2 at the B gates — the only thing out here. I must say this is the best Cappuccino I’ve ever had. Such a great creamy stack of milk foam. The service was excellent, the prices reasonable and a very comfy chair in a quiet space isolated from the rest of the hustle and bustle of the terminal. Top notch!

This is just a quick little review for a place you will find in the Heathrow Airport Terminal. 2x’s now I have been there and both times were good.
Service was friendly, even though they were busy.
I got Espresso and got my daughter a Cappuccino and Water.
All the Coffee’s were very strong and tasty.
The prices not too high, so you have to love that.

Just before I left London once more, I headed for Caffe Nero which is situated in Heathrow’s Terminal One just behind security. I do love myself a good Chai Latte which I have had daily when living in London.
As I try to cut down on dairy, I opted for soy milk. It is 30p more expensive but if your drink is mainly made up by milk, it is soooo worth it.
The staff was really nice and they always have been. Going through T1 regularly for years, I know how busy it can get. Staff is always really calm and gets the drinks done quickly.
