I’ve been a customer with NatWest for more than 4 Years, they’ve always provided me a very good service in their local branches till I got here in HOUNSLOW. It is absolutely ridiculous! staff are lazy not welcoming at all, they speak in their native languages and having attitude while speaking to customers. I’ve been there lot of times and I do not see any customer service at all.
I really regret about this. What they need is a good MANAGER who doesn’t HIDE IN THE OFFICE and eat munchies and play SILLY TENNIS when a problem occurs. ..
