My favourite place for a night out thumps up every time me and my pals have been!

One of the few club experiences i had when i was in the U.K. There were 3 dance floors with different types of music. Club was full of hot british girls which probably seem more attractive to me having lived in the states for a majority of my life.
The djs were fairly on point. The top floor seemed to be the most packed for the night. The were charging a cover later in the night, but it was free earlier on. Also super close to other night clubs/​bars in the area in case you want to hop around. However this seems to be the best place to go for the under 25 crowd.

Went here for a chill with friends. It was packed because there was a drinks offer on and I got hit on the back of the head by a woman on clearly on drugs. I went to the door staff to explain what had happened and the management tried to tell me that an ambulance wasn’t necessary and that I should go back inside. Not a place I’d risk my personal safety in ever again!

You do have to pay a door fee to get in but I think if you get there early enough then it’s free.
Drink prices are good.
When you walk in, if you’re anything like me, you start wondering who used to live here as it looks like an old grand house. It’s lovely though, just a shame it’s now a club.
Different parts of this place have different types of music so it can accommodate for everyone.
The main area as you walk in has music such as R&B, remixes etc.
You have aplace downstairs, a place round the back etc with different music but I didn’t get that far to be honest.
You have an outside bit with music too and this is your smoking area but it’s nice and not to huddled.
Walking down the stairs to get to it though is a bit nerve wracking as in the rain it’s a bit slippery.
A place I really like and would go again — as long as I don’t have to pay at the door: D

Really great venue… love the mansion house feel to it and the choice of music in its many rooms… the outdoor terrace at the back is epic… really good club and excellent layout & music…

What an awesome night out this place is. Only down side is paying to get in but once thats all over you’ll be dancing your sock off. It used to be the Court House (pub) which only had two floors but they have done sooooo much more with this building. It had 3 floors but kind of 4 different areas as the bottom floor has a outside area with different music from inside and its own outside bar. Each floor has different music so there is something for everyone.
Its definitely the place to go for a great night out!

The Old Courthouse is the bar attached to the Lawrence Batley Theatre, situated on Queen Street in the centre of Huddersfield. Located in an elegant, old, stone building it is a good venue for relaxing pre show drinks and small snacks. There is a quirky little spiral staircase in one corner leading to the upper floor, which makes quite a nice feature. The bar does get very crowded later on, however, you can often meet members of the cast as they tend to pop in for a while after the show! You can also pre order drinks to enjoy during the interval, saving the crush and queues at the bar.

So really… you’re in Huddersfield so there isn’t much choice. Tokyo seems like a good option. Good music, decent prices, and a chillable atmosphere. The VIP looks great as well.
But, alas, racist bouncers must ruin all the fun. I’m sorry, I thought this was the 21^st century… Perhaps I was confused.

My favourite place for a night out — ever!
Three floors of fun, the middle and top playing dance usually, while downstairs is a mix of pop and indie. Drinks are reasonable, but can add up as they offer a range of specialty drinks and beers.
Downstairs has a low ceiling and isnt huge — but has undeniable charm that makes your night brilliant. The mirrored wall makes it look a lot bigger than it is. Theres an outside area for smokers which also makes the perfect chill zone for when it gets a bit hot from dancing your shoes off!
One of the best bar-​clubs in Huddersfield, without a doubt.

Tokyo is a great place for night out. There are several rooms where different styles of music are played, so everyone finds something interesting. There is the outside area with chairs and tables, so you can chill out there. Drinks are in quite good price. Unfortunatelly, you have to pay to get in and sometimes it is just to much! and the queues are horrible!!!

The club has a superb building which was once a court house. I like the elegant look of the ground floor, but the first and the underground part is rather disappointing.
There are different style music events in the club, but it’s mainly urban, house and r’n’b.
There is a outdoor space, so you can take out your drink and have a cigarette. There is a good variety of drinks served, the prices are not bad, but could be just a bit cheaper.
One of the best clubs in Huddersfield for sure.
