Greggs

My morning ritual at Greggs consists of a combination of a scorching hot cappuccino coupled with a chocolate chip cookie! Nothing can put me off my delicious ‘breakfast’, not even the old woman behind the counter who needs an emergency visit to the Dentist! I would recommend this immense bakery to any hungry customer as it provides a friendly and fun service along with an excellent selection of mouth-​watering savories and beverages.
Greggs is known for providing that ‘homely’ feel, with a bakery that feels more like your Nan’s cosy kitchen than a high street outlet! Breakfast is of course divine but lunch is even better — £2.60 for the best tuna and sweetcorn baguette in town! If you’re feeling extra pekish that afternoon then grab a chesse and onion pastie to accompany the stack of carbs that’s already stirring up the cellulite… hey! it may not be healthy but at least it makes me smile!!!
