The museum was disappointing. It is more a shed full of rural bygones that are self-evidently not receiving that standard of collection care that a museum should provide. There are hardly any interpretation texts or any interpretation at all. What displays there were were very very tired. There are a lot of agricultural artifacts there, but this barely qualifies as a museum. At least it was free to enter. The shop is much better. There is an interesting range of products and you get to taste the cider before buying a bottle. There is a tea room that I did not use but that looked nice too. Outside there are some interesting old carts in very poor condition receiving nothing but neglect. There are some explanations of how cider is made but they are limited and in poor condition. This is a shame. It is good to see a small cider producer also offering a visitor attraction but much more could be done here.
