Behind Bars

FIVE stars because I can’t think of a bad thing about them! After using the same mechanic for years, whose prices seemed to get higher and higher, I decided to take my bike for its MOT to Behind Bars. I had heard through word of mouth ‘not to bother with them’. I can only personally speculate where this rubbish came from! They MOT’D my bike on the spot, found a very minor thing wrong with it, (which would figure because it’s what I already knew about and other than that, it runs like a beauty). So I came away over the moon, as I usually have to wait a day or two for an MOT. They have seats in reception while you wait and I’m Female, not once did they make me feel like I was stupid or try to convince me that there was more wrong with my bike than I anticipated. The other day I called them to ask if they could get me a new battery, which they sorted for me over the phone and told me I could pick up the next day, due to charging. They gave it me boxed, but filled and charged, I mentioned that I’d take my old one down the tip, so they offered to put the new one in, free of charge and dispose of the old one for me. I waited a few minutes and rode away happy! And again? A great price too! Good guys, who really know how to keep business!
