Firstly I will say that it is spotlessly clean and the breakfast is 1st class. The downside is that this establishment is, in my opinion, not suitable for elderly persons perhaps my fault for not enquiring. The stairs are very steep and narrow and there are plenty of them. Room 5 is a VERY cramped twin at the top of 3 flights of stairs but has a good en’suite and my friend in room 1 was unhappy that the toilet was so far away and the stairs to the room door were so narrow a size 5 shoe couldn’t fit on them. Breakfast is 8am no flexibility and the dining room is locked immediately afterwards so there is nowhere to sit and there was certainly no room to sit in our room

I stayed there for 4 days about a year ago when I was in King’s Lynn for my exam. I arrived late in the night, was shown to my room by the lady of the house who was friendly. The room was an en-suite. It was clean and comfortable,(brilliant use of space for the tub and toilet) with coffee and tea mini-bar and a colour tv. Breakfast was nicely served in a big and clean dining room. The only downside of the place is the rarity of buses going to my destination which was the QE, but I guess it could be my fault as I was an outsider from town. Overall, a nice place to stay and I would definitely choose it again if I’d go to King’s Lynn.

This Guest House is a lovely family run place and provides a very good Full English breakfast. The rates are reasonable, the location is good for the town centre, hospital, sport centre and many other things. It is a big place with good sized, clean rooms tea and coffee making facilities and colour tv’s in all rooms and ensuite rooms also availible, suitable for both leisure and business purposes. The rates are reasonable and there are regular bus services with the bus stops a stones throw away.
