Tradtional Chippy in the outskirts of Kingston this is the pick of the bunch of the local fast food. Cambridge Fish bar is the food venue of choice for football fans going to Kingsmeadow. The line can be huge at such times so do expect to queue. Fish is available in a number of varities here, such as cod, Haddock and Plaice. May I reccommend a large haddock. The fish is always cooked fresh to order to.
The Cambridge Fish bar make quality chips too. I would ignore the kebab offerings here as they are OK at best. Although, if you are willing to wait the burgers are pretty good value here. Not the quarter pounders, the cheese burgers. They have a fruit machine in here to keep you occupied whilst waiting, but the local kids of the Cambridge estate might be using it whilst waiting for thier tea.
