Sometimes there’s just nothing better than getting out there in the sunshine, enjoying nature — and attempting to hit a couple of plastic balls with metal sticks… After watching the Masters last week I had high hopes when arriving at Conyngham Hall that I could play a nice few shots and while it was a combo of one good hole followed by a few shankers, it was a nice enjoyable experience while making me think I probably shouldn’t give up the day job. Tucked around the back of the nice arts and crafts centre, the leisure park is a great day out for family. There’s tennis courts, pitch and putt(fairly decent sized course), crazy golf, putting and a nice outside seating area. The pitch and putt course is challenging and £4.10 for a round which was petty good value. Overall a nice place to hang out for a couple of hours and enjoy the lovely wooded scenery!
