Marigolds has awesome veggie burgers as well as other café fare, and offers ice cream during the warm summer months.
You can also rent boats here, and if you don’t fancy that, you can sit along the River Nidd and enjoy a cup of tea or a hot chocolate.
In Summer it’s packed, as it’s very popular with the locals and is somewhat of a Knaresborough institution.

Idyllic for a peaceful toasted teacake & cappachino, they do serve other things too but this is what I like — get there early in the good weather as it gets very busy but it’s lovely — hire a boat — for a bit of exercise! Knaresborough Duck Race ends here on New Years Day around lunch time — clear your head with a walk.
