I must point out that this place is great normally the owner is a lovely man, however im giving a negative review as i visited last night NO ONE was wearing masks except me and another customer, other customers were coming in with no masks. I respect they don't want to refuse service but they should make it that you must wear a mask. Also chicken was dry and chewy, there online app no longer works you have to use he web site AND they've stopped taking electronic payments

Food is ok, a kebab is a kebab in my opinion, but let down by terrible service!
It doesn’t harm to smile and be polite to your customers, a few evenings ago we placed a group order by telephone to collect in 20 mins, turned up and they hadn’t even started cooking as they thought we might not turn up!!! Great what a waste of time!

The Botan is the best kebab in the area. The service is good and prices are reasonable. Service friendly always.

they have allways been the best chicken kebabs i have ever tasted and believe me i make a point of going to kebab shops all over the country, but the last few times iv been in
there the chicken seems to be the cheap cheap chicken breast that has been over injected with water.
i know it credit crunch time and all that! but would prefer
to pay a bit more than have something i cant eat.
Doner meats still good.

If you want a really good kebab then this is the place to buy it — definately one of the best kebab take aways in town. Friendly staff and a quick service. Prices reasonable too. I definately recommend it.
