Daisy Chain

I love Daisy Chain and their staff! We used them for our wedding flowers and they did a wonderful job, from the lovely welcoming consultation with Simon, to the great ongoing customer service from Nicola and Helen, to the delivery of my bouquet the morning of the wedding from Simon! Such a lovely bunch of people to deal with! They created some lovely pew end flowers and our bouquets were simple and beautiful, just what I wanted. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for great customer service, reasonable prices, and lovely bouquets. Thanks Daisy Chain! Toni

This is one of my favourite places to go and get a pick me up when shopping in Roundhay. It may sound silly but I always get a smile on my face walking into this shop, the sweet floral smell hits you straight away, it’s like walking into a fairytale. There is the most exquisite range of flowers in breathtaking colours and the prices aren’t bad either. I got a gorgeous little mini decorative chilli plant for only a few pounds.

I hadn’t actually realised that Dasiy Chain is somewhat of a chain store for florestry, which now seems foolish given that the word ‘chain’ is even in the name of the place. Even so, it was with delight that I discovered their somewhat more high end Daisy Chain shop here on Street Lane. Having just nipped in to Share for a look I immediately turned to have a gander in here, after all, Mother’s Day is coming up and I needed some inspiration!
I was standing outside just taking down some notes when one of their shop assistants (I assume) came out to ask me a little abruptly if I needed any help. I’m not sure if she felt I was loitering, or was merely a little over keen to serve, but I smiled and said I was just browsing — to which she let me be, which was nice. I wanted to get some price ideas on their offerings but I didn’t really want to engage her in a conversation as to whether or not they were cheaper than the other local florists! So, I kept on with my pleasant browse and wandered in.
Their displays and flowers are truly beautiful. They had some gorgeous bamboo and bulb arrangements in some lovely vases, some beautiful little flower pots for £5.95 and inside the store they had a huge range of gorgeous lilies, orchids and other beautiful flowers. The scent was utterly divine! They also had a number of lovely items, such as vintage style bird cages, which I assume would make for some gorgeous displays. As far as chain stores here in Leeds Daisy Chain truly has to be one of the premier places to go for flowers. Utterly lovely!

As one comes to expect with interflora high standards are present in this store and as always with florists, I have yet to go to one and not be greeted with a warm, cheerful smile — must be something to do with working with pretty things all day. Spring bulbs sit outside and eclectic and hearty mix of flora inside.

This is a fantastic florist, with an amazing selection of flowers. Unlike other florists I’ve been to, there are plenty of flowers to see and smell within the shop area itself. The choice is massive and the flexibility and creativity of the florist lady is impressive too. There are some more unusual specimens of flowers available, gorgeous colours and beautifully fresh.
The prices are reasonable too, especially considering the quality. I’ve had flowers delivered to me from Daisy Chain the delivery staff each time were really lovely and friendly and when I’ve ordered for other people they have always been really pleased with their plant or bouquet.
I really recommend them.
