I have been looking at this site for a few years now and thought that they had some very pretty dresses. I finally ordered the shiori black vegan cut out dress. It is so fantastic. it wasn’t until after i ordered that I looked at the reviews and saw something about the dresses or billing coming out of hong kong. So that made me a bit nervous, I started expecting some horrible knockoff dress that didn’t look anything like the picture. But my dress arrived a few days later and I love it. Its exactly as shown in the pictures, so i’m happy. My only issue was I was billed twice for the same order but a quick call to my credit card company fixed that. Otherwise I’m a happy customer.

Very unaccommodating! I ordered a dress from House of CB following their shipping orders I expected to receive my dress in 2 – 3 business days. However that is not the case! The dress happened to be out of stock. I got no email, nothing acknowledging the dress was out of stock until I contacted them myself asking about why my shipping was not available. Here we are exactly a week later. No dress, I have a tracking number but UPS does NOT have the package! I am receiving emails from one person telling me it’s been despatched and they can’t do anything about it. Another person telling me to let her know if I want her to cancel the order. So who knows what is really going with my dress. Thanks House of CB for your professionalism! I wouldn’t recommend anyone ordering from this site when you are expecting your dress by a certain time. They completely destroyed my outfit idea for my one night in Vegas for my birthday. Very disappointed :(

Very unaccommodating. I understand that they ship out products quickly but that also means that you cannot make any changes to your order. Bullsh*t!

I’ve ordered from them, and the styles are super sexy, and the quality is quite nice.
Wish we had a store locally on the east coast since some of the dresses dont fit the way you’d like. So it would be easier to try them on at a physical store verse simply ordering online. Hope they Open in the DC area soon!!!

Okay, this place is just not for me. The idea is that these guys source unique, designer, high end, stand out dresses — items that I guess appear to either be in the style of, or maybe worn by, celebrities. I can say they’re stand out, for sure. My opinion would be that they’re so stand out, that rather than looking expensive and high end, some of the cuts actually look a little (I hate to say this) tacky. Considering nothing in here appeared to cost less than £100, I felt as though the same — or similar — look could be achieved in a few shops that would be much cheaper. That said, this would only be for some of the selection.
A lot of the dresses were very showy, very voluptuous, and perhaps just not to my taste. (I would feel a little on show in a all in one lace trouser suit.) There are plenty of well-​matched accessories to go with the dresses, so you’ll certainly pull off the whole look! And the staff were working away helping folks find the right thing, so customer service is no issue here. I could tell, from closer look, that the clothes were all really well made and of good quality too. If you give some of the dresses a feel, you can tell you’d be paying for something that would last, rather than buying something to look amazing that falls apart after a few wears.
All in all, I’d say definitely give them a look — especially if you know you want to pay for something a little different, a little unique, and a little dressy. It just happens to be not to my taste!
