I have yet to meet a fast food place that I can score highly, they just don’t compare with the best of the rest.
I’ve visited this particular branch when Evolution is closing and the place is heaving with wobbly students and have expected there to be a mess. I remember being very impressed by the continued cheerfulness and smiliness of the lady on window two.
My last visit, however, was during the day and it wasn’t very busy so I’m at a loss as to why they were serving slowly, producing very watery hot chocolate and why the men’s toilets were so disgustingly dirty that they were unusable.
Looks like that smile saved the day ;)

What is there to say? It’s McDonalds. It does exactly what it says on the tin!
This branch in particular is not much different from any other. It gets busy on a Saturday and Sunday lunchtime as families come out of the KidsAM films at the Vue cinema on the same retail park, but the staff seem reasonably efficient and you work you way down the queue fairly quickly.
The toilets are ok, and there is an outside seating area, if eating at a bench on the edge of a car park appeals to you.
So yeah. It’s McDonalds. Not a lot more to say really. Meh.

OPEN 24 HOURS…*in small print* Friday — Saturday… eurgh!
I was happily driving home from my job at 2am in the morning on a Wednesday all excited for the burger I was going to buy and then I saw it… the small print… dear god. Why tease us like that?!
Other than that horrible little drama, I do like this McDonalds. They’ve never messed my order up, they’ve always been fast and even better, I can pop there on my way to the cinema! Sorted!
The only thing I hate is that the car park can be full of complete boy racer idiots. Beware if you’re walking across the car park, you may not make it alive if you get caught up in one of their rushes!

I like this mcdonalds I often use the drive through on the way to work. I love the egg mc muffins with a orange juice to wash it down. Super speedy service if you go through the drive through and great value for money too.

I only go here when I have taken the little man bowling or to the cinema. Usually it isn’t too bad although on the odd occasions it has been dirty and untidy with the bins overflowing. The childrens room isn’t very well stocked but other than that he loves it.
Best thing about Maccy D’s? McFlurry mmmmmm

Rubbish Maccies! They ALWAYS get my order wrong! Do they do it on purpose?
Seems to be manned by grumpy, hungover teenagers ²⁴⁄₇.
I only go here cos I can’t be bothered to drive further. And I like Sausage and Egg McMuffins too much.
