Salon style, swish, posh, modern yet mid-​range prices. You get expert advice in your consultation and feel like you are in safe hands and that your request is being dealt with professionally rather than the hair dresser deciding what you want and not really listening — which is what happens to me a lot.
Although this hairdressers looks brand new it has been her for many years. The modern touch represents the investment devoted by the owner yet long-​standing presence is a reassuring sign that you’ll receive quality service.

Mel Harrison is a Unisex salon just outside the centre of Leeds. It has a very swanky interior, is pristine inside, and looks like it is run by a perfectionist. This is nice to know if you are going to have your hair cut! Too many times I have heard horror stories of dye going wrong or cuts that are too short, ending in tears. But it seems hard to imagine that taking place here. The lady I spoke to was really nice and very polite and seemed to really listen to what I had to say.
