OK to visit Subway once in a while, but we don’t think any branch lives up to the ‘Eat Fresh’ tagline. The food is generally OK but staff do not always(or ask to) change their gloves when preparing your sandwich. Toilets were not particularly clean either but this may be because it was a busy period when we went. Generally, we would still visit Subway again, but it would not be a frequent event. Ah Subway… the quick ‘healthy’ sandwich alternative… I must say that I ate here a heck of a lot in the first year of university… Chicken pizziola on honey white… no extras to take out thank you very much… Of late though, I’ve seemed to favour cooking for myself. I don’t really rate subway anymore to be honest, I still think their sandwiches are lovely but i’m just not that interested… Theres plenty of Subways scattered around Leeds and even though this one does get absolutely packed at peak times, the service is fast. Staff have always been polie and friendly to me. A good place to grab a snack on the run.

I used to eat here before I discovered that Subway sandwiches are loaded with fat and salt. Watch the Channel 4 programme ‘Sandwiches Unwrapped’ if you want the details, but if I recall correctly a large Sub with dressing has double to fat and salt content of a Big Mac, which is pretty scary

The Buzz about their sandwich’s is not hype its for real! Subway make only the best healthy food you can find. Just on Friday Night I came to a small branch of Subway here in Leeds as I was passing by. It was a clean branch with some seating available inside and two staff working on the tills whilst the other one was cleaning up all the mess inside here. Their menu was huge inside here so you can find out the prices out easily. For some odd reason they did not accept cards here which I found odd here. Overall the food was good typical branch with nice yummy healthy food.

The best Subway in Leeds City Centre! Friendly staff with great service and awesome sandwiches. Unlike a lot of Subway restaurants they are quite generous with the fillings which is all I need to keep tempting me back. Also this seems to be the only Subway I’ve been to who know how to cook the Mega Breakfast Sub properly.

im a subways fan. and i think i have good reason to be. you can conjour up the most obsured sandwich you have ever laid eyes on. you can honestly go wild. have tuna with bbq sauce and gherkins. why not! or you can play it safe and go with what’s on the boards. the servers always have gloves. and it all seems above board and clean. yes yes i know people always throw the cost of it at me. for a large subway, and unlimited refils. with a cookie for after. it comes to around the same price as a supersized big mac meal. and i know what i would prefer. you dont go there every day! maybe just once a week and you can choose the day your favorite sandwich is on sub of the day. and get it cheaper. xD

There are I think 4 Subway restaurants in Leeds and this is probably the best. It is large enough to cope with the busy periods and there is seating as well, altough as with all Subway’s it is fairly minimal. Clearly the best feature of this chain of restaurants is the sandwiches themselves which are always first rate, and wil;l cater for even the most specific needs. Prices range from £1.99 for a 6 sub of the day up to about £5.50 for a foot long steak. Not particularly cheap but well worth it every once in a while
