Ultrapulse Lasers

Dealing with this company and with Dan Jones and Reece has been a nightmare from start to finish. They very nearly put me out of business. They don’t follow through with what they say they will do, they NEVER ring back, they will not lift a finger to help you in any way. Once they’ve had your money they have no interest whatsoever in you and don’t care whether your equipment is working or not. They are complete charlatans and I cannot believe that they are still in business. I really hope they won’t be for much longer.
I wish I had never bought from them and I would never recommend them, in fact I would actively recommend that you run the other way.
From what i’ve seen online there are quite a few people out there who have been ripped off or treated badly by Ultrapulse. Maybe we should all start a ‘Ultrapulse survivors’ support group?
Save yourself the inevitable heartache, frustration, loss of money and loss of business. buy a decent piece of equipment from a reputable company instead.
