Feast India

I am not a big fan of Indian food but up here in UK Leicester my bff brought me to feast india for dinner. I definitely would say food was amazing. I have not eaten such tasty food anywhere in US. They had so many dishes starting from veg to non– veg n deserts.
They had about 7 starters some veg n some non-​veg. All dishes were excellently prepared m garnished. So dishes were made fresh n as needed, which was the best part. All dish were hot as needed n properly enjoyed. Best dish I liked from all was chilli paneer. I think it had this perfect combination of spice which made it mouth watering. They had about few good deserts at the end like jello, srikhand, brownie, cheesecake, gulab-​jaboo, halwa, about 12 types of icecreams. Omg I love deserts n i had fun eating gulab-​jaboo n keser-​pista icecream yummmm. Lol
Overall, customers service was good. I think they have to pay attention to customers little more n come to the table top all if they need anything anymore. I understand it’s self serve but at least drink like water should be served to their customers. We ordered couple drinks worth food. After My Fri3nds Drink was done he had to waite to get attention of one expert for quite sometime to order another drink. But overall it was good.
Ambience of the resturant was very nice n romantic n authentic Indian. I like the fact that they had india rickshaw built as a salad stand in front. Plus eveything was in khadhi was awesome. It felt like u r in india earthing delicious food. Not too expensive for self served food. Reasonable amount for good food. I think I enjoyed my overall experience at the place.
I’ll definitely go back again to this place again worth friends n family. :)

Like another reviewer said, it is an interesting concept. I think this would have been an all time favorite restaurant if the food have been good! They have food from all over India and a large dessert display including ice creams of your choice. Almost everything I ate was terrible. Get a new chef and this restaurant could be five stars.

Interesting concept, good self-​serve buffet. Dosa’s are made fresh in front of you at the Dosa station. Interesting street food cart serving papri chaat, sev, etc. Meat and veggie curries. A great experience.

Dear heaven, I love this place! It’s a crazy fab buffet thing of glory! It’s the place I take friends too when I come to Leicester. Good value for money and the food’s lovely! I particularly like the Dosa as well.
It might well be a good idea to go on quiet evening — I usually go for Sunday lunch when it seems pretty empty. You will also need to fast for about a month in advance. The non curry food seems alright too, there’s pizza and icecream.
