Legendary,
so Legendary that I travel to work in Plymouth on Sunday Nights, and my friends and I used to always stop off at TJ’s for some big eats for the car on the way down. One friend who lives in Plymouth who is from Leicester even asked me to bring him a cold messy burger to eat the next day.
I have been to Church Gate, Belgrave Gate, and Narborough Road,
all excellent,
No frills, loads of calories, no apologies stodge and I’ll tell you what,
you can’t beat it, drunk or not.

The cheap and cheerful place for a ‘dirty burger’, the phrase often used for fast food after a boozy night out. There are quite a few TJ takeaway places in Leicester, I’m not sure what TJ stands for or if they are in fact linked! The thing with takeaway places is that everyone has their favourite, one they trust not to make them regret eating there the morning after. For me, TJs is great. It’s close to lots of bars and nightclubs and even though you’ll most probably be drunk, you’ll get treated with respect.
