Bought two sofas a chair and footstool on line from Claytons after searching local shops. Fantastic service and communication and they couldn’t be beaten on price. Took delivery of my order this morning and I am very pleased that everything was well packed and arrived within the times specified. Would highly recommend using Claytons

Nice shop with lots of choice

I have just taken delivery of a G Plan Mistral recliner sofa and two power recliner chairs which I ordered over the internet from Claytons Carpets website,
what a pleasant experience! The service I have recieved from Clayton’s deserves recognition in this day and age. I had visited local furniture shops in Oxfordshire and they were very high pressure, and too expensive! We wanted to take our time and decide on such a big purchase. It was much nicer knowing what we wanted sitting at my computer in the comfort of my own home with a cuppa, making my mind up in my own time without the salesman breathing down my neck and I paid much less than I had been quoted at Furniture Village who were not particularly helpful either.
I was sceptical about ordering a sofa online but needent have been. The whole process has been painless, so I’m now a converted online shopper! I couldn’t decide between two colours so I first rang them and Simon in web sales sent me some samples. Decision made after a couple of days pondering, I ordered over the phone, they were helpful and friendly. After about three months I got a call from a lady called Jane to arrange delivery and told me they deliver to my area on a Tuesday, the delivery men were courteous and set the recliner up for me and took away all of the packaging, all in all a great job. I would have no hesitation in buying from Clayton’s again.

Fitters came on time and did a quick tidy profesional job.
Have a good reputation, hence no negative reviews on internet.

This shop is located just off Tritton Road. It stocks all types of flooring, not only carpets as the name suggests but also vinyl and laminates as well as rugs. There is also a section selling curtains and blinds. A recent extension has added additional space which is used for the display of sofas. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
