Bow street mall is ok but there’s something hard to explain about it and I can’t figure out what it is, there’s just something missing that I can’t think what it is, its got shops and parking. I think I’m so used to ards that I’m maybe being harsh on bow street. Id tend to shop in ards for convenience and maybe if I lived in lisburn id rate it higher. Its decent enough but its just missing something.

As far as shopping centres go Bow Street Mall is pretty average. I always find it strangely airless and claustrophobic. Has all the usual shops including M&S, Dunnes, Primark, TK Maxx, New Look and Costa Coffee etcetera. If I’m in Lisburn I much prefer to shop in the open air on the high street which I find much more enjoyable. I would only visit Bow Street Mall if there’s something I specifically need from one of the shops there. Then it’s a case of pop in, grab what I need and head straight out.

This mall had a huge revamp a few years ago and brought lots more stores like M&S. Other stores include, TKmax, Ann Summers, The Perfume Shop, Vision Express, Yankee Candle, BHS, Costa, Dunnes Stores, H&M, JD Sports, New Look, Primark and Tempest. Massive multi story car park and foodcourt upstairs with things like mcdonalds, kfc, burger and other fast food.

Really good parking and decent price. Easy access to shopping from lifts and stairs. Decent shops. Lots of food and drink options. Could have more toilets.

Bow Street Mall is one of my favourite and most visited shopping centres. There’s not much I like to do more than take a little trip here on a Saturday afternoon and spend some of my hard earned cash, and there are plenty of places here to do it! They have a large, multi storey onsite car park, so there’s no worry of having to walk too far with all your purchases. There are a vast array of shops, catering from budget to high end clothing(yay for Primark!), games and electricals, hair and beauty, homewares and jewellery, there is something for everyone, and nine times out of ten, if you need something, you’ll find it here. Last but not least, they have a good sized food court on the first floor, where you can get fast food(Burger King and KFC), Chinese, fish and chips, and healthy options(O’Briens and Subway).

Bow street mall is a really great shopping centre! they have literally everything you need under one roof and to be honest I much prefer it to Castl Court in Belfast! With shops like pPrimark, New Look, Dunnes, Tempest and all those in between they cater for all! The food court is really great too with a nice variety of eateries including KFC, O’Briens, Barnams(ice cream) and Harry Ramsdons, which does great fish and chips! Located in the middle of the even popular shopping street in Lisburn itts a great place to go to get out of any potential rain downpours, and let’s face it… it’s northern Ireland!

Bow Street Mall… it’s a mall(shopping centre to you and I) and it’s in Bow Street. Clever, eh? At least there’s no chance of you forgetting where it’s located… In all seriousness, Bow Street Mall is probably one my favourite shopping centres. Here’s why… 1) It has sixty shops. Sixty! I reckon that’s pretty impressive for a central shopping centre. It’s not just the number which is impressive, either. The range of stores, including Primark, Tempest, Dunnes Stores, Dorothy Perkins, TK Maxx and Hanna and Browne, is equally impressive, considering most of these are fairly huge. And it’s all under one roof! 2) The food court is consistently busy, and offers the likes of Burger King, KFC, O’Briens, Shanghai Express, Harry Ramsden’s and Barnams. Located on the first floor, the food court is the only part of the mall which is not on the ground floor. Yes, I rather like this mall on Bow Street. Innovative name and all…
