Barley & Beans

I have been to barley and bean a few times and i find it to be fairly hit and miss.
The exterior is pleasant, good signage and is nice and clean.
The interior is clean and spacious though i feel the tables could be bigger as there is a menu, a big salt and pepper and a menu holder on the table, it gets kinda cramped when you add food and a drink!
I have previously tried the full english twice, the bacon and poached eggs once and the bacon on toast once, i have had the netulla milkshake, fresh orange juice and cappachino.

I fond this to be tastey with plently of food, though i have been very disappointed twice with how greasy the food is and the pool of grease left on the plate after you finnish the food, the first time i tired this i did mention it to the staff which their response was «ots just juice from the mushroom» it was not it was grease, i thought i would give it another go the next time and this time they had changed the large mushroom to a pile of small button mushrooms but yet the food still very greasy and still leaving a puddle! I would not recommend!

This was nice! Could have been more bacon on the plate, the butter in the toast tasted great and very creamy, cooked well and tasted good!

nutella milk shake
Very moreish the bottle in which it is served is very small could be bigger, i want moreee lol
cappachino
Average in taste but did like the personalised roasting topping using the company logo.
Fresh Orange juice
Tasted very fresh indeed nice touch with the little bit of actual orange on the class and the ice! Very refreshing
I give this a good three stars, could have been four if the didn’t make it so greasy twice!
