A childrens home in leafy Freshfield. It has many residents of varying ages and at the time of writing this things are very quiet. There are occasionaly incidents involving children «escaping» from the facility and there is apparently very little the staff can do to stop them. They usually make their escape from the area via Freshfield railway station, south to Liverpool.
