I recently visited this shop to have my battery and my phone screen fixed for an iPhone 6, I was quoted at the desk when I first went in a price of £70 and that was confirmed. When I went to pick up my phone later that day I was told it would be £90 for the phone, which was not what I was quoted. I then made an agreement with the owner that I want to see CCTV footage of me in the shop yesterday with full audio, so the next day I returned with my written agreement from the owner and he showed me pointless videos of me discussing my name and my phone number and various information about my phone, after about half an hour of pointless videos and chit chat he got to the part where price was discussed, and it obviously said £35 but he then denied and put the phone away, I then called the police and also my father to come down and try and solve the situation, at this point I was being ignored by the owner and was also being spoken too in an awful manner, my father then turned up and he showed the same pointless videos and then got to the point where price was discussed and only the first part was shown, where the 35 pound was said, not when he said the whole 70, which was never shown in the clip, as he knew he was in the wrong he handed the money over and we left, I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone, as the owner and his assistant have argued and tried to scam a customer who rightfully paid for a service.
