Not a regular visitor of this place but based on the times I have been in, I can’t really fault it!
The staff are always friendly and efficient. The food is ok and on occasion have received a few surprise extras upon opening my meal.
The place is almost constantly busy after lunch time until closing but can’t fault them for that.
Only real fault I have would be it’s location. you get a few dodgy characters in that particular spot of Tuebrook which might put people off going.

I’m not a big fan of KFC in general but this one really takes the biscuit. Upon entering I let out a huge ‘EWWW!’ as it is ridiculously dirty in here. As well as this, the member of staff on the till was such a sleaze that I would have walked out immediately had my friend not been desperate for some fries, chicken and a coke.
This KFC is particularly small so I don’t see how the staff can profer the excuse of it being large and busy for the uncleanliness of the place. I guess the only positives are that the menu was clearly displayed… and erm… that’s all I can add right now.
Really gross and definitely not my cup of tea!
