Pablo’s is the classiest venue on Lark Lane, it’s a random place and would be a great place for a high profile networking event or a part. We just popped in for a few beers at the end of a night out and felt a bit out of place because everyone in there was dressed incredibly sharp. It sometimes looks as though half the cast of the Sopranos are smoking cigars outside which makes me think that it’s a cool venue to throw a suit on and go and do some high class schmoozing! They have an impressive bar, stocked up with all sorts of spirits, wines and champagnes, so this is an alternative to posh places you would grab a drink inside the city such as down on the Albert Dock area! So why not throw a suit on and give it a try, I’ve heard good reports on their lunch menu although I have never eaten there, opting for the cheaper option of Keith’s Wine Bar down the road

Pablo’s restaurant and bar is a good venue to celebrate that important occasion. This is not the place I would come for a quiet meal on a date. They often have corporate events and now have outside seating. Its in a one of Liverpools better streets. They have some tempting lunch and dinner menu items such as chicken liver parfait and wild boar chops — probably not to everyone’s taste. One nice touch is the complimentary home made bread. The Liverpool Echo described the restaurant as big and brash. Whilst the seating is comfortable its more cold than cosy and decorated in black and white with lots of hard edges in the picture frames. The chef prefers to use locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Gift meal vouchers are available.
