Roberts Wines is your typical local off licence and therefore like most typical establishments you would expect it to be friendly and welcoming, but here this is most definitely not the case.
The outside décor is poor and shabby and things don’t really improve when you get inside to be perfectly honest. The glass which separates the customer from the products makes the place feel like something of a prison and this is not conducive to a healthy atmosphere.
The staff are very unfriendly and border on rude at times, it almost seems like too much of an effort for them to help you out with your shopping needs. The deals here are not great and there are numerous other establishments where you can find better drinks offers.
The only reason you would visit this off licence is if you lived in close proximity but even then it is probably worth covering the extra difference to get better value and in general a better shopping experience.
