The Hogshead Liverpool is not a place I will visit again. The staff are uninterested and the food is poor. My wife and I visited the bar on Saturday 16th May and we will not return. We waited 15 minutes for our order to be taken, and a further 10 minutes for our drinks to be served. My wife ordered a diet coke, but when it was served we where sure it was regular coke. As she is diabetic, regular coke can make her quite ill. I asked for it to be replaced and the bar manager was really rude about it, insisting the drink was a diet coke. Eventually he replaced it. I commented that there was really no need to be quite so rude, his response was — **‘if you don’t like it don’t come back’! **He obviously missed his customer service training course. The food was also disappointing. My burger had to be sent back because it was cold.
