WarrenCare: Warren Centre for Excellence

WarrenCare began by providing home help for the elderly and infirm, it gradually grew and now benefits a greater number of people, with different and diverging needs: children and adults physical disabilities, mental health problems and learning difficulties as well as the elderly. They offer domestic help: cleaning duties, shopping and so forth and personal care. There is also overnight care. Each client is appointed a carer with whom they are believed to be suited, if the match is for some reason not right, the client can simply request a replacement.
Staff are fully trained by the company which offers development through NVQ programs.
The staff are friendly, patient and compassionate. I know several of the female carers who genuinely love their job, they admit it can be challenging but feel it is an extremely rewarding vocation.
