They will ask you to take the internal exam twice to charge you more!
Even the scores are at their own discretion no matter how clever or intelligent you are. On the certificate you would notice for example when you deserve two marks out of two they would have given you one! Specially that cctv course is the worst and so time consuming, the lecturer doesn’t know how to read from slide show himself! that was the funniest part and one cctv camera out four would go blank, wouldn’t work…
I regret going to that 1ace stratford s**t, they can never be trusted.
Any other training provider would definitely would do better than them.

Unbelievable! They sent me to a place called Holloway College near Forest Gate. Nobody could speak English and it was so obvious that the trainer had no experience in the security industry. What a dodgy outfit!

I am gutted I booked with 1Ace. I didn’t realise they are just a booking agent and not a training provider. On the training course I sat next to people who had booked direct with the centre itself which made it cheaper. I paid £40 more than them and that went to 1Ace as a finder’s fee! Gutted!
