We have two Acer Laptops and as luck would have it, both started troubling me and my husband at around the same time. My laptop kept getting hung often and would not connect to the internet. My husband’s laptop’s hard disk crashed and there was not much we could do. I was lucky to find A2z Computer Solutions Ltd on Gumtree. I did contact a couple of other people but Arizechi responded most promptly with very reasonable quotes for repairing our laptops. As there was a lot of work involved, we got the work done over a period of 2 days at our place. Thanks to Arizechi for being very flexible work scheduling meeting times. He explained the problems with the laptop and worked on it diligently. He also gave us valuable information on how to work with our laptops to avoid problems like this in the future. He changed the mother board of my husband’s laptop with original parts and made sure we approved of all the changes he was installing. It has been over a week since Arizechi worked on our laptops. We have had no problems ever since. Our laptops have been working fine and all the issues we complained off, have been sorted. Arizechi is very friendly, prompt and responsible with his work. The prices are reasonable and the work quality great. We really appreciated his approach to his work, where he believes service quality is key and work ethics most important!
